LibreOffice 4.1 – Free Open-source Office SuiteLibreOffice is a free open-source office suite used for document production and data processing. Writer:

A full-featured word processing and desktop publishing tool – Writer offers wide-range of options to create books with contents, diagrams, indexes, and more. The formulas inserted in your documents can be saved in OpenDocument formula (.odf), MathML or PDF formats.

Extensions and Templates:

With Extensions, you can enhance the functionality of LibreOffice such as PDF Import, Presentation Minimizer, Presenter Console, ReportBuilder, Non-Linear Solver, and Wiki Publisher. You can even upload an extension of your own on LibreOffice site.

Templates reduce the repetitive jobs and make the task faster and easier.
